Reports

Our reports are detailed, specific to your building, easy to read and narrative in style. They are the written examination of the building and its component parts and systems with illustrations and references to many photos. Reports are send in PDF format via email. Photos are sent via email in an Apple Mobile ME Gallery format or in jpg format as attachments.

Home inspection reports include both the inspection report and the wood destroying insect report in one file.  Radon reports are sent separately and are available two to three days after the CRM placement since the test exposure time is a minimum of 48-hours.

Reports and photos are compiled and emailed to you and your attorney within 48 hours after the inspection. (example: a Monday inspection would be sent out on Wednesday morning.) Special accommodations for quicker turnaround due to tight time frames can be made on request.

Your report is confidential and will not be made available to anyone without your consent.
